Refund Policy
Last updated: September 29, 2026
This policy applies to paid subscriptions to Ambient Analysis, operated by Kryotic LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service.
Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal inside the Service. Cancelling stops future charges. Your paid features stay available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your account then returns to the free plan. Cancelling does not refund the remainder of the current period.
The 7-day refund window
A charge is refundable if both of the following are true:
- you ask for the refund within 7 days of the date of that charge; and
- your account has run no AI strategy parses and no AI audits since that charge.
If either condition is not met, the charge is not refundable. The Service is a research tool, and once the account has been used to parse or audit strategies in a billing period, that period's charge is final.
The same rule applies to every charge, including renewals: a renewal charge is refundable within 7 days if the account has not run any AI parses or AI audits since that renewal.
Billing errors
If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged after cancelling, tell us and we will correct it regardless of the 7-day window.
How to request a refund
Email support@ambientanalysis.net from the email address on your account and tell us which charge you are asking about. We will confirm eligibility and reply within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method; depending on your bank or card issuer, they usually appear within 5 to 10 business days.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank or card issuer. Chargebacks filed without contacting us first may result in the account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer protection laws of the place where you live.
